2019 NEW YEAR’S RESOLUTIONS (MONTHLY CHALLENGE EDITION)

JANUARY:

  • BREAK A BAD HABIT (& REPLACE IT WITH A GOOD ONE!)

FEBRUARY:

  • EAT CLEAN – SEE IF YOU CAN GO A WHOLE MONTH WITHOUT EATING FAST FOOD OR PROCESSED FOOD.

MARCH:

  • IMPLEMENT NO SCREEN TIME FOR A FIXED AMOUNT OF TIME EVERY SINGLE DAY.

APRIL:

  • ENJOY NATURE – AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK, SIT OUTSIDE, GO FOR A WALK, RIDE YOUR BIKE; ANYTHING!

MAY:

  • WAKE UP EARLIER THAN USUAL! – USE THE MORNINGS TO PREPARE YOURSELF FOR YOUR DAY AND SPEND SOME QUITE TIME, ALONE. YOU MAY CHOOSE TO READ, DO MORNING STRETCHES, WATER PLANTS OR DO A MORNING WORKOUT.

JUNE:

  • DO SOMETHING YOU’VE ALWAYS WANTED TO DO – WHETHER IT BE PLACE TO VIST, A MEAL TO COOK OR A CLASS TO TAKE; SEIZE THE OPPORTUNITY AND DO IT NOW!

JULY:

  • PAY IT FOWARD. ALL MONTH LONG, DO AS MANY ACTS OF KINDNESS AS YOU CAN THINK OF AND EXPECT NOTHING IN RETURN.

AUGUST:

  • FINISH A BOOK – & PICK A GOOD ONE!

SEPTEMBER:

  • MEND SOMETHING – WHETHER IT BE A RELATIONSHIP IN YOUR LIFE OR A QUALITY ABOUT YOURSELF; IF IT’S BROKEN, FIX IT!

OCTOBER:

  • SAVE MONEY – PICK A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF MONEY THAT YOU CAN SET ASIDE FROM EACH PAYCHECK AND SEE HOW LONG YOU CAN STICK TO IT!

NOVEMBER:

  • DRINK 12 CUPS OF WATER EVERY SINGLE DAY.

DECEMBER:

  • REFLECT – ON HOW MANY OF YOUR RESOLUTIONS YOU KEPT AND HOW MANY YOU NEED TO WORK ON NEXT YEAR. IF YOU HAVE ACCOMPLISHED THE ONES YOU SET, START ON YOUR NEW RESOLUTION LIST FOR NEXT YEAR!
